Terrace reception was the perfect way to say thanks

A June evening reception on the famous House of Commons Terrace hosted by our MP.

Was this the perfect way to say thanks to volunteers and trustees on behalf of the charity and our clients?

Throughout the year our team of advice and support volunteers give their time and expertise to helping local people. Very often clients express their gratitude directly. But at CAEE we love to show our appreciation in team social events too.

It was a stunning early summer’s evening which added to the enjoyment and sense of occasion.

The event was also an excellent networking opportunity. Local E&E voluntary groups and charities were there including many friends and colleagues we work with to help solve clients’ problems.

Yvette Ball, CAEE Chair said:

‘We greatly appreciated the recognition by Chris Grayling for the work of our dedicated volunteers and trustees.  It was a most enjoyable evening and we thank him for both the ace hospitality and much valued ongoing support.’
