Go the Extra Mile!
On Sunday 14 May Citizens Advice Epsom & Ewell will Go the Extra Mile! Walk, skip, ride or roll, it’s all to raise funds for our community service.
We’re aiming to raise £6,000 to support local people and families who badly need advice they can trust.
Help of this kind for each client costs on average £60 across a year. An extra £6,000 could mean transforming the lives of 100 more clients in the year ahead.
Will you join us for a 5- or 10-mile walk in the Epsom countryside and play your part in meeting the target?
The cost-of-living crisis is having a devastating impact on people in our community. With sky-high food and energy prices families are struggling to make ends meet. It’s stressful, isolating and frightening.
Please join us on Sunday 14 May to show your support for Citizens Advice, our clients and a stronger local community.
How to help
You can Register Now for self-guided 5- or 10- mile walks in the countryside close to Epsom (routes announced shortly). Entry is £5 per adult and children are free. We hope everyone will try to gain as much sponsorship as possible. One way is to set yourself a target of say £60 (the cost of helping a single client over a year). Or compete with friends to see who can raise most. Fancy dress? Why not?
