Referral Cards

We are delighted to introduce our new referral cards to help local partner organisations refer clients to our free advice and information service.

We are here for everyone who lives, works or studies in the borough.  Some people find it challenging to make the initial approach to access our services and we are happy to call these clients if that helps

The card can be used by any local organisation or individual and captures essential information about a client in order that we can contact them to help.  The card can either be posted to us using an envelope (to maintain confidentiality) or a copy can be emailed to our advice team.  Our email address is on the card.
